Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection
Our core discipline. We fabricate and erect heavy structural steel for factories, power plants, warehouses, airports and high-rise projects — with the manpower and rigging capacity to handle up to 5,000 MT at a single site.
I-Girder Precast Shuttering
We build and operate shuttering for precast I-girders used in elevated corridors, bridges and the bullet-train viaduct works. Accurate moulds, repeatable casting and safe demoulding keep girder production on schedule.
Column Shuttering
Modular and custom column shuttering erected true to line and plumb, designed to take pour pressure without bulging — delivering clean, dimensionally accurate concrete columns.
Column Structural Shuttering
For tall piers and heavily-loaded structural columns we design and erect structural shuttering with engineered staging and access — handling height, load and complex profiles safely.
Pier Cap Shuttering
Pier cap shuttering for bridges, flyovers and elevated rail — including the cantilevered formwork and staging needed to cast caps safely above live or constrained ground below.
